  "Extremely Unprofessional ? Course Canceled 30 Minutes Before Start I?m very disappointed with how the Traffic Management course was handled. The session was canceled just 30 minutes before it was due to start, leaving me with no time to adjust my schedules or make other plans. I traveled 550km from regional Victoria for this course and i booked my accommodation and paid for fuel had already traveled to the venue and made arrangements to attend, so this last-minute notice class got canceled completely unacceptable. When send emails to management for refund and compensation they don?t respond back my email at all and 2 days later when i contacted the office they put me through his manager Jonathon Ainscough he is Arrogant guy and refused compensation for accommodation and fuel his answer you can claim all of them on your tax that?s not good answer I?m self employed I took a day of for this training and lost my revenue. And I confirmed my other friends their training has been canceled last month as well when they don?t have enough students to run class they canceled the class at last minutes with same excuses trainer got sick . This level of poor communication and lack of organization is unprofessional and shows little regard for participants? time or commitment. I expected a higher standard from a training provider in this field. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage future courses."
