  "Yesterday I took the White Card certification course. My teacher was Catherine. The reason for this email is because I would like to file a complaint with her and, if possible, receive at least half of my money back. I didn't have a good experience. When it came time to take the final exam, she kicked me out of the class simply because I didn't understand what she was saying when I finished the class. I find this discriminatory. At no point during the class did I feel comfortable with her because of her personality. A classmate didn't have page 17, and when she mentioned the situation to the teacher, she responded, "You don't know page 17, go to page 17." What kind of answers are those from a teacher, especially when you're still paying for a course that should at least be more professional and empathetic. Before starting the final exam, she said in front of everyone, "If I don't want you to pass the course, you won't pass." What trust can I have in a teacher like that?  Aren't they supposed to teach more even though they know that not all students or assistants have English as their first language? Also, before starting the class, she told me not to slow down because she doesn't care and that's her way of being: she speaks quickly. I truly didn't feel confident at any point. When it was time to hand in the final test, she asked us to fill out the information she told us to do. I didn't complete everything because I didn't understand what she was saying (she also said not to ask her to repeat it). She checked "the activity" and saw that I hadn't completed everything. She just took my test and told me to "study harder," with no option to repeat or any other explanation. I don't know if this is part of her policy or her values, but it seems very rude and unprofessional on her part. This isn't the first time I've taken a certification course, and I've never felt this way, much less with a teacher as tyrannical as Catherine. I left the room with no information about anything. I'd like my refund, or at least half of it.  I've wasted my day and I don't want to lose my money."

  "Graham came across as arrogant and should get off his moral high horse. He spent far too long going over basic RCG content and rushed through the actual Advanced RCG material. He claimed only those who took his RCG course were correct and repeatedly called others incompetent, even though it was clear people were uncomfortable speaking up due to his behaviour . He also took multiple personal breaks, spoke constantly about himself and how he would change the coursework and made constant, unprofessional jokes toward one young girl. The session was poorly run, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth $250 and DEFINITELY not worth tipping him as he suggested we should at the end!"

  "I had a very disappointing experience with this class. I was 10 minutes late, and the instructor, a woman, immediately kicked me out, even though I explained my situation. I had to rebook the session, which ended up costing me not just the class fee, but also travel expenses, parking, and the time I took off from work. After rebooking, I joined a Zoom class, which was going fine at first. However, my laptop is old, and sometimes the video had a slight delay, though I could still hear everything clearly. I had prepared thoroughly using the provided handbook. I asked the instructor why I couldn't see the video properly, and she called me on a break, only to tell me to leave and rebook the class. I explained the issue with my laptop, but she refused to let me stay and kicked me out. She was very rude and dismissive, and it felt like she was being discriminatory, especially since I am not white. Despite my multiple requests, she wouldn't listen, which was incredibly frustrating. I ended up wasting the entire day, and it caused me a lot of mental stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place, particularly if you're not white. This instructor should not be teaching as she lacks basic respect and common sense. It was a terrible experience overall."

I?m not usually one to leave reviews, but I have to say that Graham is the best trainer I?ve ever had. For the online ARCG course I took on Friday (13/12/24), I was quite nervous and lacked confidence, especially since I?m new to the industry. However, he made the lessons easy to follow and even helped us review the RCG material at the start, which made the ARCG much easier to grasp. Certificate arrived very quickly."
