  "I applied for my white card here last September. Completed it and passed with no issue. I didn't need the card until a few months ago when I realised they never lodged it or sent it to me. I emailed them and requested it to be sent to me. They then over the course of multiple emails denied that I ever done the course or even had it booked. I replied with my receipt of payment and proof of completion. After pushing hard, they finally admitted to having it and said they would lodge it and send it out. 2 months later, no sign of it in the post or email. Contacted them again and they have not lodged it yet again despite promising to. I have asked for a refund and now have recieved multiple emails and texts rebooking me in to redo the course that I already paid for and completed. The staff at the course were nice but whoever is running the admin is completely incompetent and very unhelpful. Still have not received a refund, I have recieved 8 emails asking me to rebook my test."

I booked and paid for my course, completed all required online modules beforehand, and rearranged all my plans for the next day because the RSA course runs for over 6 hours ? only to receive a cancellation email the day before. I then called to reschedule and specifically explained that I urgently needed the certificate and could not risk another cancellation. I was rebooked into an afternoon course, changed all my plans again, and that course was cancelled as well ? this time on the same day. I had no choice but to rebook once more for the following day and hope it would actually proceed. Thankfully, that class finally went ahead and the trainer was great. However, the issues continued afterwards. I was told my RSA certificate would be issued within a maximum of 5 business days, but I ended up having to chase them repeatedly by phone because I could not move forward with the mandatory sexual harassment module without my certificate details. Emails were never answered. Calling was the only way to get any response, and even then it often took multiple attempts to get through. After finally receiving confirmation of completion, I still could not access the Liquor Control Victoria portal because my date of birth had apparently been entered incorrectly by the provider. Again, no response to emails and I had to call yet again to get it resolved. At that point, it was honestly the last straw. The actual trainer was professional and helpful, but the administration, communication, repeated cancellations, and delays made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be. I genuinely wish I had chosen a different and more reliable RSA provider!"

Booked the RSA course for a Sunday morning in Melbourne CBD and when I, along with two others doing the course, arrived on time at 09:30 (as stated in the email) the doors were locked. I tried contacting them but was not able to reach them and therefore not able to do the course. After speaking with customer service two times I'm still not sure know why the course did not happen. I was told that the course actually started at 12 which I got the impression customer service just made up on the spot. If it is true then I have no idea how I or the two others booked on to the course were supposed to know this as nowhere did it mention this!"
